Elevated Design Inc. (EDI) was established in 2018 by Mark Schow, PE to provide Consulting Engineering Services for the design of MEP/FP systems within the built environment.
As a company, we strive to promote energy efficient and sustainable solutions that are designed to ensure occupant comfort, reduce operating costs, and tailored to the project’s specific needs. At EDI, we are continually challenging today and ready to reinvent a better tomorrow. EDI believes that MEP/FP designs have unique opportunities to use collaboration with other team members to create innovative solutions to resolve challenges faced in the built environment.
We never lose sight of the project’s goals to provide technical solutions, meet code requirements, and support the bidding process. Our hyper focus on collaboration results in better solutions tailored to the owner’s needs. Our construction documents result in fewer RFI’s and change orders.
EDI works on new and existing buildings and delivers MEP/FP services including Facilities Conditions Assessments, Owner’s Engineer, Peer Reviews, Construction Documents, and Cogen Systems. EDI has worked on systems for a variety of building types including offices, retail, hotels, laboratories, research facilities, higher education, and central plants. EDI has extensive experience with Cogeneration (CHP) Systems.
